I have no desire for sex and when I do have it%#44 I am not able to reach a climax and have an orgasm. In the past I was able to have one about 85% of the time. I am ashamed to say that I have faked it a few times now. I don't know how to talk to my husband about it.

The fact that you do not reach orgasm every single time is actually not unusual or uncommon. My recommendation would be to focus on increasing and maximizing your level of arousal during foreplay. This will make it easier to achieve orgasm. The best time to bring this up with your partner is NOT in the bedroom. Talk about it in a positive and loving way, focusing on what you like and what he does "right." Men want to please us and appreciate being reinforced for what they are doing right. Increasing your level of arousal during foreplay will probably increase your number of orgasms.
