1. No Purchase or Online Access Necessary. You may enter one of two ways: (a) To enter online: Navigate the Internet to www.poise.com, then click on the "Special Offers" link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address in one field, and then to enter the same e-mail address in another field to confirm the correct e-mail address is submitted. After completing this, follow the instructions to submit your entry. Complete all the requested information and follow the instructions to enter online. (b) To enter via mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper hand-print your name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available). Then mail in an envelope with proper postage to: Poise® Monthly Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 705, North Branford, CT 06471.
Entries for each monthly drawing must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. central time on the applicable date listed in Rule #2 to be eligible for that month's drawing. All entries must be e-mailed or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2008, when the Sweepstakes ends.The final drawing on January 12, 2009 will include all entries postmarked by December 31, 2008 and received by January 10, 2009. Entry in each month's drawing is separate. No entry in any month's drawing is eligible for any other month's drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, each seven (7) days. Multiple entry attempts within a 7-day period will be rejected.
2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner for each monthly drawing will b e selected at random from all valid entries received during the month by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. A total of six (6) drawings will occur as follows:

Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Any e-mail entrant randomly selected will be notified via their original entry e-mail address advising them of their potential winning status and requesting an address to submit the below listed validation paperwork. Three (3) notification attempts will be made, (one attempt each week from the relevant drawing date), to request this information. If, after 3 weeks no response is received an alternate winner will be selected. Once a postal address has been received, each potential winner, (whether randomly selected from online or offline entries), will be notified by overnight express or regular mail and may be required to sign, notarize and return within 10 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. If integrity of Internet portion of Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winner from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. Entries void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online Entry Form. All submissions become property of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, Inc., 2100 Winchester Road, Neenah, WI ("Sponsor").
3. Participation: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 pm July 1, 2008, ends 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2008 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus Washington, DC., 18 years of age or older. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.
4. Prizes/Odds: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in each monthly drawing: a year’s supply of coupons for FREE Poise® products. Prize consists of: 24 FREE product coupons good on ONE (1) package of POISE® Pads or Poise® Panty (31 to 72 ct) or Panty or TWO (2) POISE® Liners (44 to 48 ct), retail price not to exceed $15.00, and 24 FREE product coupons good on ONE (1) package of Poise® Pads (30 count or less) or TWO (2) POISE® Liners (26 ct. or less), retail price not to exceed $6.35, (total approx. retail value $513). Quantity of coupons based on projected average consumer use. Odds of winning a monthly drawing depend upon number of entries received that month. Sweepstakes is open to over 70 million Internet users in U.S. Prizes may not be transferred. If prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.
5. Prize Winner List: Visit www.poise.com for names of recent and past Grand Prize winners, or for a list of the six (6) monthly Grand Prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Poise® Monthly Winners, P. O. Box 735 North Branford, CT 06471 by January 10, 2009.
