1. No Purchase Necessary. You may enter by navigating the Internet to www.poise.com and clicking onto the POISE® Dream Destination Shopping Trip Sweepstakes link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. Complete all the requested information and follow the instructions to enter online. Online entries must be transmitted and received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 15, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address every seven(7) days. Multiple daily entry attempts from the same person or email address will be rejected. INTERNET ACCESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED TO ENTER. FREE INTERNET ACCESS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE AVAILABLE AT MANY PUBLIC LIBRARIES.
2. Participation: Giveaway begins 12:00:01 a.m. CT May 15, 2008, ends 11:59:59 p.m. CT November 15, 2008 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus Washington, D.C. and Canada (except the Province of Quebec), 18 years of age or older. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.
3. Selection of Winner/Validations: Winner will be selected at random on or about December 1, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Giveaway. To be declared a winner, any Canadian resident selected will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or other, a time-limited mathematical question. The question will be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Potential winner will be notified by overnight express or regular mail and may be required to sign, notarize and return within 10 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize/Travel and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Grand Prize travel companion also must sign a travel release. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, postage due, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. If for any reason the Giveaway, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, and randomly select winner from entries unaffected by the problem. 4. Prize/Odds: The following prize will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize: Choice of a Shopping Spree in Paris, France; London, England; New York, New York; or Beverly Hills, CA. Paris, France trip consists of: 7 day/5 night trip for two (2), round trip coach air transportation between Paris, France and major airport in U.S or Canada nearest winner's home, five nights double occupancy accommodations, round trip ground transfers to and from Paris airport, breakfast daily, half-day city tour, use of passenger limousine for Shopping Spree (5 consecutive hours), $1000 (US) spending money, and all hotel taxes, (approx. retail value $11,700 (US), actual value may vary depending on winner’s departure date/time and city). London, England trip consists of: 7 day/5 night trip for two (2), round trip coach air transportation between London, England and major airport in U.S or Canada nearest winner's home, five nights double occupancy accommodations, round trip ground transfers to and from London airport, breakfast daily, half-day city tour, use of passenger limousine for Shopping Spree (5 consecutive hours), $1000 (US) spending money , and all hotel taxes, (approx. retail value $9,200 (US), actual value may vary depending on winner’s departure date/time and city). New York, NY trip consists of: 6 day/5 night trip for 2, round trip coach air transportation between New York, NY and major airport in U.S or Canada nearest winner's home, five nights double occupancy accommodations, round trip ground transfers to and from New York airport, use of passenger limousine for Shopping Spree (6 consecutive hours), $1000 (US) spending money, and all hotel taxes, (approx. retail value $9,300 (US), actual value may vary depending on winner’s departure date/time and city). If winner lives in NYC area, ground transportation may be substituted for air travel. Beverly Hills, CA trip consists of: 6 day/5 night trip for 2, round trip coach air transportation between Los Angeles, CA and major airport in U.S or Canada nearest winner's home, five nights double occupancy accommodations, rental car, use of passenger limousine for Shopping Spree (6 consecutive hours), $1000 (US) spending money, and all hotel taxes, (approx. retail value $9,600 (US), actual value may vary depending on winner’s departure date/time and city). If winner lives in LA area, ground transportation may be substituted for air travel. Terms and conditions of travel, accommodations and spending spree at discretion of Sponsor. A major credit card will be required at hotel check in to cover any miscellaneous expenses. Travel times and flights subject to availability; certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Travel must be on one itinerary, must be arranged through or approved by Sponsor, and must be completed by 11/30/09. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all documentation necessary for travel, and must comply with all security requirements. Odds depend upon number of entries received. Giveaway is open to over 100 million Internet users. No substitution or transfer of prize, except if prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. If any winner is a minor under state law, prize may be awarded to parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents.
