1. No Purchase or Online Access Necessary. You may enter one of two ways: (a) To enter online: Navigate the Internet to www.poise.com, then click on the "Special Offers" link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address in one field, and then to enter the same e-mail address in another field to confirm the correct e-mail address is submitted. After completing this, follow the instructions to submit your entry. Complete all the requested information and follow the instructions to enter online. (b) To enter via mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper hand-print your name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available). Then mail in an envelope with proper postage to: Poise® Monthly Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 705, North Branford, CT 06471.
2. Entries for each monthly drawing must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. central time on the applicable date listed in Rule #2 to be eligible for that month's drawing. All entries must be e-mailed or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2009, when the Sweepstakes ends. The final drawing on January 10, 2010 will include all entries received after the November 30, 2009 drawing that are either received via e-mail by December 31, 2009 or by mail postmarked by December 31, 2009. Entry in each month's drawing is separate. No entry in any month's drawing is eligible for any other month's drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, each seven (7) days. Multiple entry attempts within a 7-day period will be rejected.
3. Selection of Winners/Validations: One (1) winner for each monthly drawing will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the month by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. A total of six (6) drawings will occur as follows:

Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by overnight express or regular mail and may be required to sign, notarize and return within 10 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, voice, image and photograph for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. If integrity of Internet portion of Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winner from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. Entries void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors. All submissions become property of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC., Neenah, WI ("Sponsor").
4. Participation: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 pm July 1, 2009, ends 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2009 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus Washington, DC., 18 years of age or older. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.
5. Prizes/Odds: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in each monthly drawing: a year's supply of coupons for FREE Poise® products. Prize consists of: Twenty-Four (24) FREE One POISE Pads 30-ct or less (excludes Ultimate Extra Coverage 30-ct) or two POISE Liners 26-ct or less, not to Exceed $8.00 AND Twenty-Four (24) FREE One POISE Pads 30-ct or larger or two POISE Liners (44-48-ct), not to Exceed $18.00 (total approx. retail value $624). Quantity of coupons based on projected average consumer use. Odds of winning a monthly drawing depend upon number of entries received that month. Sweepstakes is open to over 100 million Internet users in U.S. Prizes may not be transferred. If prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.
6. Prize Winner List: Visit www.poise.com for names of recent and past Grand Prize winners, or for a list of the six (6) monthly Grand Prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Poise® Monthly Winners, P. O. Box 735, North Branford, CT 06471 by December 31, 2009.
